Commission Terms

Following is a list of my personal do's and don'ts as well as terms you are understood to agree to when you commission art from me.

Do's and Don'ts

1. I WILL happily draw OCs and fanart.
2. I WILL draw injuries and varying amounts of gore (up to my discretion).
3. I WILL NOT draw real people.
4. I WILL NOT draw explicit sexual material, situations like pedophilia, incest, or non-con, or kinks.
5. I WILL AVOID drawing animals, humanoids with extremely animal-like faces, mechs, and anything else up to my discretion. This is a matter of skill. I currently have the most practice with humanoids.

Terms

1. You must message me with a good description of your idea and a reference before I accept a commission from you. A reference can be anything from detailed art down to a scribble or a set of colors. The more information you give me, the better I can bring your character to life.
2. I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason (but I probably won't, so don't worry).
3. Commissions are fulfilled on a first-come first-serve basis. I keep a queue of my commissions here.
4. After I start your commission, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive it. I may work much faster, but I am also mentally ill and need wiggle room. Commission work will not begin until the commission is paid for.
5. I will send you a preview after making a sketch, after finishing the lineart, and after the flat colors have been added. You will have the opportunity to ask for edits at each of these stages. Please be descriptive.
6. You are free to post your commission or use it for non-commercial purposes (and please consider crediting).
7. You are not allowed to use my work for or in association with any NFTs, any AI, or any Crypto work/purposes.
8. By commissioning me, you agree to these rules and terms.
